Together, we’ll explore what is happening for you, why it’s important and how to move forward. We will do this through discussion, reflection and experimentation. We will tap into your strengths and create a plan of action to realising your potential and producing fulfilling results in your personal and professional life.
Coaching generally spans 3 to 6 months, with sessions lasting 60 minutes each. Achieving behavioural change usually requires at least 3 months, with more significant changes taking longer. The specific timing and frequency of meetings will be agreed upon together to suit your schedule, and will take place virtually.
