With over twenty years of senior HR leadership experience in complex, global organisations, I have collaborated with executive teams to drive transformation, enhance organisational culture, and execute strategic people initiatives. My career spans high-performing companies such as Boston Consulting Group, Linklaters, Bank of New York Mellon, and Lloyds Banking Group. I have overseen major HR transformations, created effective operating models and leadership structures, and built high-performing teams, successfully guiding them through times of significant change.
Throughout my career, I most valued and excelled at building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. I found real fulfilment in motivating and inspiring others to realise their highest potential, supporting their growth, and encouraging them to strive for excellence.
I enjoy being part of the wider coaching community and am Director and Co-Chair of The London Coaching Group, where I collaborate with my co-chairs to foster growth and excellence in coaching, by cultivating a positive and inclusive learning culture.
My priorities are centred on personal development, and overall fulfilment. I proactively manage my mental and physical well-being, drawing from personal experience with burnout, which has given me valuable understanding of the complexities present in both personal and professional contexts.
Having studied applied neuroscience, I am fascinated by how the brain works and intend to use my expertise to assist clients in collaborating with their brains for more profound transformation.
When I am not coaching, I am a mum to two energetic boys and very likely to be found walking our puppy Cavapoo or practising hot yoga.
