Workplace Mediation Services

Workplace mediation is a voluntary, confidential process where a neutral third party helps employees resolve conflicts and reach mutually acceptable solutions, to improve organisational culture.


As an accredited workplace mediator, I manage a structured process designed to resolve disputes or conflicts between employees or between employees and management without resorting to formal procedures like grievances, arbitration, or litigation.
